Our Story
A Teacher Training Institute, First and Foremost
Kabiguru Shikhsayatan Private Limited was founded on a simple observation: aspiring teachers were expected to master classroom management, child psychology and curriculum planning almost entirely on the job, with little structured guidance along the way.
We built our Teacher Training Programme to change that — a practice-first curriculum that pairs classroom theory with genuine, supervised teaching experience. Our specialised ECCE, Montessori and Preschool Teacher Training tracks let trainees focus deeply on the methodology that fits where they want to teach.
Alongside our training programmes, we run our own in-house preschool — not as an afterthought, but as the living classroom where every trainee puts theory into practice before leading a class of their own.
